Electrical issues 1990 BG :( Bah humbug
Ok when I was buying Ruby I was told the radio didn't work - No biggy..
But.... It's the radio, the power mirrors & the LED clock in the dash ! So obviously a main fuse eh ? Nopes... Now haven't prodded too much yet but any thoughts - Ideas ?? I like cutting to the chase & am thinking of just feeding + power to where the fuse clips in & seeing if I get "anything" to work :D Soz now in your hands guys n gals |
interior fuse, not main fuse.
|
Ok to clarify, I actually MEANT the main interior fuse :p lol
In the right under dash footwell area - Now I'm pedantic ;) |
haha yeah that is the one.

Factory of aftermarket head unit?
If after market then unplug it and check. It may have been installed by a colour blind origami ninja. |
This is a 2 owner car - Last guy was 83 !
Factory rad / cassette ;) https://i.ebayimg.com/00/s/NjAwWDgwM...XeLY4/$_20.JPG |
And YES the bloody seat's a long way forward - I'm only 5'6" :p
|
All fixed now !
Turns out the LED clock's been busted for at least 5 years
The power mirrors DO work but are very stiff & grumpy - Sitting one spot 5 years.. So the radio is either fried or only popped its inline fuse ! Should have tunes on the weekend :D |
