project.r.racing 12-05-2013 03:12 PM

unknown timeframe

himynameisbunny 12-05-2013 07:10 PM

Should probably clarify that I want one whole set of bushes to cover the whole car. Sorry about the undescriptive first post lol

project.r.racing 12-05-2013 07:22 PM

A full set is the only option available, so no problem.

Langham_8 21-05-2013 11:11 AM

Hey Ryan I don't know if you this company http://www.3dsystems.com/AU they might also be worth a shot.

jfresh1 04-07-2013 04:55 PM

count me in for a set

HMT 05-07-2013 03:11 PM

Is this still ongoing? I'd be interested and i'd also ask around in the german forums to get some more people...

Jeister 13-09-2013 01:40 PM

Hello Everyone,

I am new in this forum and I am planning on group selling frameless window repair kit (bushing/runner) for the Mazda 323F model. I myself own the same model and I find it annoying when I hear it rattle.

Do you want the whole kit or just the bushing?

The price is yet to be determined once I get an update from my supplier.

I need a list of prospective buyers so that I can forecast how much is needed to be manufactured.

Phido 22-09-2013 06:59 PM

I'm in for a set if this is still on the table

Clean_Cookie 25-09-2013 04:58 PM

Ryan. I'm happy to finance this to get it done. If you do the work to get it going I'll foot the bill. Let me know

tylerstewart1 29-09-2013 01:31 PM

I'm in for a set

BrownDog 09-11-2013 03:22 PM

im in for a set

BrownDog 25-05-2014 01:56 PM

Hey is this gonna happen, I want the new car to have flawless windows, I'm very paranoid about the window not shutting and I hate the Whistle

project.r.racing 25-05-2014 05:41 PM

not enough interest.

BrownDog 25-05-2014 07:30 PM

damn that sucks, im thinking i might buy a rod of HDPE and make a set of bushes, i was a little confused when this thread got to the third bushing, as my car dosent have em or the arm it sits on for some reason

Okibi 26-05-2014 02:34 PM

Bump'age, need a set for my daughters car.

BrownDog 26-05-2014 06:45 PM

im currently looking into getting some made

project.r.racing 26-05-2014 08:06 PM

Interested in this other option

Noble323 28-05-2014 12:28 AM

Im still surprised Mazda never thought of doing these as spare parts (or any aftermarket ones), alot of people must have complained about this problem around the world.

project.r.racing 28-05-2014 07:26 AM

they do, and they have been on backorder for many years.

BrownDog 30-05-2014 11:04 AM

Been emailing people about being machined, injection moulded and 3D printing

So far only been replied with machining, around $30ish each bush

project.r.racing 30-05-2014 04:49 PM

That way more than my option.

BrownDog 30-05-2014 06:00 PM

Yeah I know, hoping we can get some moulded for way less or printed

BrownDog 03-07-2014 12:37 AM

so been a few weeks since i sent emails out and ive gotten no replys so ive sent some more to different companys

whitev6 12-07-2014 03:43 AM

FWIW I'll have a set for drivers window (but guessing they are all the same)...

mine kind of enjoys doing the Macarena on the way down..an seems to want to fall through to China if not careful...

Surely there is an international demand for these parts?

BrownDog 12-07-2014 08:57 PM

im sure there is but no one seems interested in emailing me back so ill have to start ringing around and talk on the phone

whitev6 13-07-2014 12:59 AM

I'll have a set please.. (so that's 4 windows/8 bushes-set?)

project.r.racing 13-07-2014 09:14 AM

I am happy to make contact again with the poly bush place I orginally conversed with. But I am very busy and do not have time for time wasters.

But same stipulations at last time. And those prices from post #1 were pre carbon tax 12-18 months ago. So expect at least a 15-20% higher pricing amount, maybe more.

It is as simple as an email to find out prices, but I do not want to keep emailing this mob and look like a d!ckhead when not going through with it.

So post up your interest here. If we can get 10ish peeps interested. I'll make the email. I will wait 7 days to lay this thread to rest.

Again, posting will be an agreement that you are happy with the prices from post #1, and that you will recieve enough bushes for a whole car (8 in total).

If you dick the process around, you will be named and shamed accordingly...

You have until 20/7/14...
