Meet Zac!
The latest and soon to be scariest member of the family!
He's off to preschool next week, and is quite loud at nite, but i've got my ear buds to fix that for the moment!

when you said off to preschool next week im like WHAT you can get kids brand new at about 4 or 5 years old :P

Lol thought i would leave it to everyone's imagination! He's a black German Shepherd, only 6 weeks old. Picked him up in Ipswich on Saturday.

whats his/hers name????

His name is Zac! I was originaly thinkin Guiness! but ended up with Zac hehe

OMG that is such a cute puppy <3 i love it and i want one i always wanted a German Sheppard :(

He's cute, but will make a fine guard dog, the guy who we got him from breeds them for the armed forces and police.

But we have had Shepherds in our family all the way down the line, we had another tan & black female, and she had to be put down last Feb because she formed some kind of injury to her spine and was constantly in pain, she was only 3yrs old! But this big boy shall take her place of guarding the yard!

I remember when my lab was that big...

I thought he looked like a lab at first sight! definately a unique colour for a German Shepherd! I got my rotty X when he was 13 weeks, and took him to puppy pre-school for some socialisation goodness too, it definately paid off.

Sorry to hear about the spinal injury of your previous dog, it's a shame that almost all large breed dogs have joint and bone problems but definately can't beat having a large guard dog type breed!

I can't say i'm the biggest fan of gsd's (the ones we've met seem to turn very quickly on our dog), and a lot seem prey driven (a problem at dog parks), but looks like you're off to a great start with the preschool already! good luck! enjoy the puppy cuteness while it lasts!!

So cute I must admit, but damn he's going to be big come 6 months time ;)

Haha yup, that street we drove round for like 20mins tryin to find, curse you nokia maps!

He's grown since we saw him the other week! Was bounding around this morning quite prowd of himself, chasing an empty toilet roll, next it will be my shoes, and mudflaps.... :p
