Hi Guys, long time lurker, second time poster! (i feel bad about that)

- 2001 SP20
- Manual
- 223,000's
- Sunflower Yellow

Anyhow, after seven years of ownership we've moved onto a larger Mazda3, and our beloved little SP20 has to find a new home.

We've regularly detailed her every season, waxed and polished where necessary, every dent and door ding has been removed with Paintless Dent Repair as we go.

Service history has been done prior to our ownership at approx 150,000KM. However, after being burnt $400 by a mechanic (epoxied a cracked coil rather than replacing), i've picked up the tools and serviced it myself.

Air, Oil and filters have been done @ 10,000KM intervals
spark plugs @ 180k and again @ 220K
Brake pads @ 180k
KYB shocks @ 180K
Fuel pump + filter @ 180k
trans fluid drained and refilled @ 210K
First coil @ 170K, second @ 210k
Timing belt + tensioner @ 210K

- JVC Headunit (with aux in) and JVC front speakers
- KYB Excel G sports shocks
- Cruise control
- Air con
- Power windows

Put it on carsales and gumtree.

Been on gumtree for a couple of months, been in a friends Car yard & Trading post for 3 months, cautious about Carsales due to scammers.

If it weren't for a third pedal, it would be gone by now.

That is exactly what I'm after (colour, manual cog swapper) but sadly due to unemployment the wife would kill me if I got rid of my curreent BJ Astina and bought another one.
It pains me because I see an identical car to that cruising around my local area all the time.
Damn you Mazda, why must you paint them such an awesome yellow!

I've actually had a similar situation happen, as it's at a friends car yard due to parking space and he'll supply RWC.

Anyways, a buyer called me who was interested in the car, he already had a BJ but wanted one in manual and yellow.
Unforuntately because the car belongs to me and not the yard, I lost the sale since he had to trade-in his current car.
