Go with HEL. They are an Aussie company and their lines meet ADRs, which nothing off eBay will do. I used the BG Familia GT set on my BG Astina and they fit fine.

Pretty sure those 'bumps' are to help tumble the air around a bit to ensure a proper fuel/air mix by the time it gets pumped into the cylinder.
