i bought a set off ebay (from HK, China kit) and after a week one ballast blew, i sent it back, the guy said it never arrived!!! Should have used registered post! At least hte other one looks great, need to get a new ballast for the other side....
We tested the light output with a light-meter - more then twice the lumens!
Although i reckon they should ban HIDs in non-projector fittings. Only projector fittings cut out the light below horizontal.
