the hot kit package includes manifolds, modified uppipe, modified downpipe, turbosmart 38mm ultra -street wastegate set at 7psi will also include 5psi spring, braided oil feed line with all connections, rebuilt saab t03 turbo( .48ar exhaust) not sure on compressor specs(its the airresearch model off the saab 9000 i believe. The turbo was freshly rebuilt for my project and has done 9000kms. im looking at $1900 firm for this package + postage.

*the wastegate has had the top 1/8 npt port removed for an elbow to be put in on the bottom port to hook the vacuum line up to the turbo. unless your running a sophisticated boost management system the top port is usually not required anyhow. if u need it just buy another albow for like $2 and screw it in

i will try and dig up all the flanges and bolts used on the pipes however its highly likely some will be missing. i definitely know at this point of time the exhaust manifold gaskets i no longer have. Once again not a major expense to replace

the intercooler kit consists of fmic, powdercoated pipework avo blow valve and remaining clamps and silicon(once again some of the clamps have gone missing). Not shown is the segment of piping between the air flo meter and throttle body. this is currently on the car along with the kn pod filter as my cai. i will only take it off if the buyer has a k8 as a new segment will have to be made for the kl's curve neck intake.
im selling this so cheap for the following reasons.

there is a small dent in the bottom of the intercooler which is only visible on one side, however i didnt even see it behind the bumper. im tipping i did this when i got stuck in a spoon drain in the cbd. the simple solution would just be to unscrew the joining pipes on the intercooler nad flip it around and also flip arround the support brackets.

the intercooler piping has about 110mm ground clearance so you have to be extremly careful.

and thirdly a fair bit of my bumper had to be cut out out to make it fit. in all honestly id reconfigure the left corner to avoid cutting holes in the sides like i had to.

the intercooler kit has taken the a/c system into consideration in design(saving u from losing this )

$200 firm + postage im asking for this.

leave a pm or hotmail portadelaidefc20@hotmail.com for further enquiries.

the overall system has supported a proven 10psi. boost comes on at approxiametly 3000rpm under standard management.

Sound like all you'll need is an exhaust and some engine management.
