Haltech or Wolf... Both ignition+fuel versions are around $1500. Fitting will be $200ish and tune will be $500ish.

For a BA, using a WOLF plug-n-play adapted from a NA8 MX5 would probably save some wire cutting. But a few things are still different. And series 3 cars will not benefit from this do to altered ecu pin out arrangements.

If you are prepared to drive to the Sunny Coast, I can recommend a someone that can build the engine, install the ecu and get tune done, all in one place.
