The lack of airbags and ABS in the Familia is irrelevant in the engine conversion because you only need the engine and its related control systems ( ie ecu, air flow sensor etc ) Providing your gearbox fits the new engine, you can keep your original gearbox as well.
You shouldnt need to touch the brakes, airbags, abs at all during the conversion, you will keep those that are already in your 323F.
As for the speedo, you should be able to keep your original speedo, but it will need to be hooked up to the ecu from the familia.
