Some basics:

"Organised" means: An event, activity or action that has been discussed, planned, and documented (ie published in the locked Information Thread).

"Organisers" means: Person or persons who have prepared plans for or have a greater understanding of an event, activity or action than the typical attendee. Someone may organise a cruise for example by creating a route, mapping the route using Google Maps or similar and then planning appropriate start and finish times including stops at points of interest and comfort.

Rules of Venue override and supplement any guidelines we have.

Organised runs start at the Organised time and will follow a predetermined route (allowing for mapping errors and travel times to shorten if required).

Only Organised runs are published on the website with all details known.

Ad-Hoc runs and individual drives are the responsibility of the individual/s and must be identified as such. If you're doing this and anything happens/goes wrong do NOT to identify yourself as participating on an AstinaGT group organised run.
