After spending many hours trolling the guides and looking at the differences I have figured out thats its probably going to be easier to use the FS-ZE wiring harness as its correctly wired for the engine + ecu as there is only two places where the harness connects to other than the engine sensors, the fuse box in the engine bay and the plug called 'X-18' on the FS-ZE and X-15 on the FP-DE that connects to the body harness and thats where im sure the differences are.
