This is exactly why we have red/green Ps, HP/L and turbo restriction laws on young drivers! Sorry to comes across so harsh mate, but I haven't seen a voice of reason in this thread yet, and I'd hope that after this you'd now know how easy it is to bonk and lose it all. That bonnet could have just as easily been your passenger door with your best friend or girl behind it...
Safe cars are second only to safe drivers. So if you're gonna play, get good quick or plan for the worst.
