A GL-4 SAE 75W90 will be fine. Do not over fill it either. 2.4-2.7 liters is all a F series needs. Rotating cogs will plash around the oil inside. 3.0L or too full will just offer more rotational resistance inside the gearbox.

I know ATF is for autos but I remember reading somewhere ppl use them in the manual boxes too. I couldn't find that info again but
