New pro tech are back on my list as good HID sellers. The lack of communication regarding a replacement was because they has a long weekend off :/
Lol but they are sending a replacement free of charge and ask that I return the old ballast so they can find the fault "at your leisure (within 6 months)"
Lol

So I'm gunna have a spare kit for replacing bulbs and ballasts

so now i have a choice,
55w low 35w high
or
35w low 55w high?
