Basically because the T03/T04 + Wolf ECU wasn't engineered, and wasn't able to be with Victorian laws. Hence the GTX turbo/ECU that was in there for a while.
But i'll need to do get some new piping made up here and there, and new T2 flanges instead of T3, so not a major amount.
And i'm going to try and run the ARC Lantis airbox i've got (as Vic engineering requires only one 'intake' mod, which is the FMIC), but that depends on underbonnet space. Should be doable though.
