I disagree to a certain extent - a lot of it is related to how you drive it.

I've had a stock G in my car for well over a year with a 2100lbs pressure plate/carbon clutch and have had no issues with the box, and i've got a lot more torque going thru my box.

But i do agree that if you've got a low powered Astina, then a HD clutch (not a button) is fine. Buttons are a bit harsh (on/off), and IMO don't have enough slip for a daily driven Astina - and they go thru F series gearboxes like butter LOL
