[color=#000000ost_uid0]nah u don't have to bend the shelf to get it out....
just got to remove the padding on each sides of the seats first.. then the shelf will pretty much slide out when u've detached all those plastic white plugs dan was talkin abt.

to remove the padding. just lift it up to detach it from 2 latches things and then pull forward... well that only moves it out of the way... it's actually bolted at the bottom which can be accessed when u've removed the bottom bit of the seat

oh u also have to remove the shelf break light too....

it's pretty easy to do once u get the hang of it.. it's much easier then removing the dash i can tell u that =)

re wiring: in the haynes book, it states that RL- is yellow, RL+ is orange, RR- green/orange, RR+ green/black...
