There was that small alloy tab that i had to remove but the sensor looks true with a stable mounting so i don't expect trouble with it.
I should've pointed out in the last post, the earlier attempt at wiring , see previous, was a good enough reason to have a proper go! Arming up with the correct crimper and other tools helps get everything to factory spec or better.
