For users of the samsung and the HTC phones they wont actually see much difference with the new ics cream sandwich as they both have thier own custom user interface.
HTC has sense and Samsung Touchwiz.
At the moment I am still loving my HTC Sensation XE with beats audio.
If you use you phone as a MP3 player its more than worth it as the headphones are great.
