yeah i know what you mean about the carpet
its not attached to the support underneath making it very prone to move around and fold etc.
If you glue it to the flastic underneath, or if you get a bit of plywood and you glue that to the bottom then velco will work, otherwise id still expect the box to wonder around a bit.
