With a microcontroller, basic circuitry and some programming...
In 'Normal' mode.. its business as usual. All pop-up works as it should be.
Until you press either 'Sleepy button' or 'Left Wink' or 'Right Wink'.
If the pop-up is down.. wink means either left or right goes up. As long as you press the button it will stay up, when you release the button.. it goes back down. If the pop-up is up (lights on or whatever), then wink means it goes down –either left or right depends on which button you press.
Pressing the sleepy button will close the pop-up then goes to a pre-determined sleepy angle. Not a really good button to press when you are driving at night, but looks pretty cool at day.
In this 'Sleepy' mode.. the wink button will open the pop-up, then goes back to sleepy.
Since its using a microcontroller, there are plenty of room for improvement, sensors and expansion.
Ideas, anyone?
