It's only a branded oil -filter. You will proberly find it's made in the same factory or by supplier who makes them for say in Italy - FIAT. but then again being the modern world it's proberly made by an intalian company - made in some former Eastern block. The only difference being - they use a different mould or desgin but materials are the same. Or like in most cases you change one item and it's worth 20 Times more to the end consumer but not the maker or provider.
