My understanding is that all cars that ZE engines were had an auto gearbox - I guess that would mean that all ZE ecu's would be auto.
To my knowledge, no-one is using a ZE ecu with their engine swap - they are using a mix of FP and FS ecu's, generally depending on what type of car they had to begin with.
