I just tried again now, what I did was put a few heavy books on top of the transfer tape and left it there for a good 5 minutes or so, now when I peal back the transfer tape only the 'A', 'S', 'T' and 'I' come off fine, and the 'N' does come off however there is a cutout of the 'N' from the backing paper stuck on the back of the actual decal so its not sticky... does that make any sense?
