When you mod your engine and upgrade the cams and such, VICS is no longer in it's optimum position. Mine comes on about 500rpm too late now. I don't know how you mod it with stock ECU in mind so it's pumping the right amount of fuel, but with aftermarket ECU you've a few choices.
