$2500 for the sub and $3500 for the XXX-6500D amp to power it. So i gotta say thanks for Alberts for overpricing, considering motoquip do the 18" and the sub for under $5k. I mean im the first one to say "keep the change" but i ain't gonna buy stuff from some1 that overprices by that much.
Only other problem is that unless i want to rattle my sub chassis i can't turn up the sub with the back door shut
too much pressure in one spot
so i'll have to settle for 2 12". lookin at the Reference R1 series (800rms, 2400 burst) or the T5 series (900rms, 84.9dB), will still kick what most ppl have on the street and it won't kill my car. Probably cost around the same.
