hey ya'll total newbie... looking for some interchange info, please
I just picked up a 1988 mazda 323 GTX hatch.... before a BG.... the BG body is better looking. the 323 looks like a rabid sprint(chevy) suzuki barina???
there is a small hole it the oil pan i picked it out of a scrapper after it sat there for 14ish years. unmolested, almost all there missing three centercaps marker broke and tail light cracked 2 front fender...wings are damaged down low I found the body parts pretty affordable one fender might even be the right color.... what i don't know..... is the B6T block interchangeable with the B6D or B6ZC? crank interchangeable with same? what i know... the rods are beefier on the B6T compared to the others. I can weld up the pan.... not a problem. i know the us only got only a few of these and i do not know how many were built total. so the us info is lacking so far. just looking to get back on the street.... not high HP....if i break a trans.... i'm SOL. |

Hi mate, welcome to AGT. your best bet it to go to Fordlaser.com they have all the info there on what ur looking for.
i think all the B6 block are interchangable from memory. same as all the BP blocks are (Ryan don't even say anything )
