I dunno if a BPT will fit it, but for 2k you can get a GTX Manual frontcut, with all the goods needed to be a manual, sans gearbox, which will be around 400 bucks.

I dont know how thats gona go fiting into your cars. The beauty of BG's is that there cut and bolt with the Familiars, for the most part.

Yeah, the BPT it a bolt in the BA 1.8 apart from wiring

but to go BPT from V6 would be a nightmare

What skippy says is pretty sensible.

It'd probably be more cost-effective to just drop in a 2.5V6 with manual in one go, and you'd make doing the conversion more worthwhile then.

ide go with the japanese mx6, but u must make sure its the mx6 because it has 200hp(147kw) at the fly which is a huge gain in power over our 104 and then u will also have a manual which generally is 1-2 seconds quicker 0-100

the engine is called a KL-ZE

spoke to some guys today about a manual conversion.

they said it is very possible and would not be too big a job.

i will have further discussions as i progress further along this path

Organised Chaos at its best
Man I will post pics soon of the Guttered car as well, pre body strengthening and fitment of the animal cage
Now thats starting to look like a pile of metal
I cant get over how much room the complete interior (seats plastic trims, stereo, carpets, complete dash, belts etc ) can actually take up
Next Friday Night Games is at my house scaling the mound of parts
So far the turret hasn't had the Batman Death Touch lol

i bet george weighs 250kg lighter also after his interior makeover. maybe you could do a tv showfor it - get some money back that you've spent on it "When fat cars get skinny!"

Not really, you just use lighter weight materials like forged pistons/crank, lightweight flywheel and pulleys, crankscraper, etc...
