BA Hatch Vibrating/Wobbling Windows

Hey guys

Not quite sure if this is the right spot, but got a quick question about my car.
its a BA 1.8 hatch 97.

When i drive with the window (driver side) down all the way and turn the corner, the window starts to make a vibrating/wobbling sound. If i have it slightly up and hold the glass the vibration stops. When the window is all up its pretty normal, and i havent yet checked the other windows. All the windows seem to be pretty loose though, have a lot of give if you push them forwards and back.

Any ideas what could be causing this noise ?
