Look from my point of view All aftermarket springs ALL kill ride.

The difference is a REALLY WELL CUSTOM SPRING - aka what you would find under a fine tuned rally or even road car. rides always better.

All the compromises the eibachs are kings. But I myself have noticed many differences.
Majority developed in the US - ride best here. over european. The japanese ones are in general- not too hard but too soft.

but I can put it down like this. I have 5 cars to choose. from. addign in my others
This is the order it goes in for daily use or any boring drive to shops. If oyu leave my house you must go over at least 3 speed humps before a major road and not baby humps long pavved flat humps
Mazda 2 - yes stock - becuase park anywhere does the job.
Lexus GS300 - because my arse don't feel a thing.
Mx-6
626 wagon
any other car I had - even a Tx-5 with kings lows - YES king lows.
Fe2 spec VR and even when it had pedders 3 inch drop in it
THEN the BA astina with the Eibachs.

You could reverse it almost if I was using it at a track.

They are great springs but they make the minor problems on some cars become huge.
I know a section of canterbury road in punchbowl it's a 500m -1k section of just rutted lumps from trucks breaking.
anyone in the area with lowerred car uses the right lane ot avoid it - even to trun left.
but then the next 3 kms is all the same.

Maitland is minor compared to some of sydneys roads and backstreets- which are really major connecting roads.

I go over to work minimal 7 speed humps there and back.

when I had the astina I loved the Eibach cornering.
even my parents loved it. Flat out, but even my father took a busier road to work over driving down concord road with all it's concreate joints. not because it was painfull but because, it killed the main point why we don't all drive corollas.
WE want some fun - we want to enjoy the trip.
Ebachs can make it more so on some cars - on others
You need Jap euro main roads where patchs and joints are smooth and you don't get issues

NOt saying not to Eibachs just saying it's a compromise.

Note my Mx-6 was a compromise daily -track car now it's a weekend track car it's getting all new eibachs and koni's.
My daily ass now enjoys daily softness.
We may have the gay and lesbian mardi gra but we dont' all like it that way.
