Clear Coat Paint

Was talking to a guy who works for my parents, he's fixing my spoiler up for me,

and he noticed that on the spoiler the reason the paint isn't sticking is because it is a clear coat. Anyway to cut a long story short.

He said i need to find out the clear paint's factory code so that i can get the same stuff to redo my spoiler does anyone know what is it for a 97 BA Astina?

clear paint?
while he is doing it get him to do it in 2pak. the colour codes for the colours are on here, and clear coat for 2pak is clear lacker, just like for any other paint.. its clear, doesnt have a code..
r u sure he knows what hes doing??
like my pannel beater(not myn any more) said that all mazdas allways from the 90s came with 2pak.. i was like nooo enamel or acryilic and so on and so forth, till i shoved his nose in the scratch and pointed out its not 2pak... i stoped going to him when he told me its illegal to colour code the rear pannel, cus its "reflective" (not!) and RTA sais u reversing lights have to be surrounded by red, at which point i said we are in QLD, 50% of reversing lights are not surrounded by red, some are even on rear bumpers, at which point i drove tha car away cus i dont want a stupid jackass touching my car..
im pissed off, sorry bout the rant
