0422..... I have an 0418 and have for a long time.
Why is this important? The original mobile prefix was 007, big and cumbersome with no roming. The next was the AMPS analouge mobiles, 018,019,017 and 014. I had an 019 which was second gen, 018 was the number to have as it was the first. When I transfered to GSM I thought I'd be stuck with an 0419 but as luck had it 0418 was available which upgraded the status of my phone to that of an 018 GSM. I also have a repeted digits and a repetitive pattern. All this is nice to have but I'd never pay extra for it. BTW if people ever give out my number I'll fire bomb their Ranger or their VW

and just to add to that,
you can't give your phone number to billy bob. you don't own the number, your telco does plus. getting a number to you after you have paid a stupid amount.. is by getting a change of ownership completed so not only do you take over that phone number.. but also the account backing onto it :P the number I have is an absolute score from my old provider.. and some chinese people would love to get their hands on my number :P hehehe |

Sounds a bit like those number plates you see going for ridiculous amounts of cash. Though I suppose only true NEEERRRRRDs would understand it...
