that was on the cards, but since we were like an hour behind, we simply run out of time.

Was gonna do a Big M looking test. Starting at the regular spot, do 3 cones then exit on the back track.

Thanks for the great day guys, really learned that my 180 loved understeer as much as oversteer....what a lesson....

Really learned how hard it is to have throttle control in a boosted car...but Im getting better

Up for the next one, hopefull Ill be able to control a slide instead of freakin out...

Due to a bad batch of Hungry Jacks, I spent last night with my face in a bucket, my stomach and legs were on fire and i got about 2 hours of sleep with constant twisting and turning...Never eating that sh!t again....

I got plenty of photos and video and will post them up asap...

Hey ROB, found those video suction cup thingies...$65 inc. shipping...lol

oh that looks like fun

i feel so much better today i have absolutly no idea how i came home last nite. i dont remember any part of my drive from burpengary onwards

but that was awesome and well worth it and i am soo looking forward to the next one XD

thanx for a great day ryan and should have better front tyres for next one and the lowered springs on by then aswell ;-)
thanx for letting me drive ya car matt, hand-brakes easy with the hatch body ;-P glad you had fun in mine and atleast didnt get it off the track like lowrider/jason did lol
i wanted to swap with a few others but didnt bother asking, maybe next time :-)

no torque + lsd = traction.

i cannot use my freeze spray though. my air-con was another victim of yesterday's madness. i push the button, nothing happens, not even a light on it the switch.

everyone bring a hose each lol!

the breaks in the cement seemed to unsettle the cars to me ... I know the cracks help with water travel, but watching some of the cars gallop across them I wondered if we'd be able to control the car more on a flatter surface.

It was a great day, even for me ... although I sure did wish I had the MX5 there

+1 for mt cotton unless its astronomically different in price in which case we could go to the qsac parking lot.. LOL..
i agree with the surface comment, the cement there is a little concave and there were pools everywhere which made it more dificult. like car would go over a crack then wet cement then puddle every 5 - 10 meters :s

sorry dudes but mt cotton will not have any of your cars. mt cotton has noise restrictions in place that would make most of our cars a big no-no.

cannot say i have a problem with the surface. you guys been to better skidpans?

to marc about the wheel commen
man my car has MASSIVE understeer, i had to turn the wheel about 20degrees past the line of travel to go where i wanted to lol but thats cus i didnt use my brakes i dont think

and i did the classical male thing of excelerating and steering to get out of trouble (in general)(females brake and steer in general)
i will come to the next one where ever it is regardless, wouldnt mind if its closer to home but whatevs. is there one in archerfield?
