Clear Lense for parkers and indicators?, And where can i get foglights?

Hey where would i be able get clear lense for my parkers and indicators?

by indicators i mean the front indicators and not the side ones,

Also where would i get foglights from?

and how much would this set me back?

clear fronts are a DIY job, take a look on 323f for a how-to. its looks pretty simple

for foglights, get the lights from rup or a wrecker, then you'll need the relay & switch for an OEM style job

I had a go at trying to do the clear front parker/indicator thing. It sounded easy but I couldnt get it to work for me.

The difficulty I had was removing the stupid front cover to get to that orange lens. The front cover is glued and when you try and pry it open its very likely you're gonna damage the edges of front cover.

They are clear lenses - the orange is a separate piece

i used a jusg of hot water.. but i very stupidly painted over myn when i did my headlights... fkn idiot i could of swapped with someone.
basically u stick it in to boiling water for like 10 minutes or a oven at 180 for like 2 minutes and keep checking, it will eventually pry apart. and the side where it screw is is VERY VERY brittle, myn broke so i glued it back on haha. but when you take the lense of, stick the knife or whatever on that side 1st but not on the end, do it after the screw hole, by which i mean doi it towards the side of the hole that has the bulbs, not on the very edge. and if you start from the other side, you will eventually get the about 3mm of plastic in another plastic glued together, and the plastic is only 2mm thick so it will break around the screw again. i cant stress that enough lol..
as for fog light the wires are there, you need a switch and a relay. relay is to be placed in the pasangers kickpanel, the switch plug is on the right hand side of the steering wheel behind a blank. the fogs are expensive, so u MIGHT wanna improvise.. i dont c y u need them but..

Lol sounds like a lot of work and i kinda can't add the switch behind the right hand side of steering

As u can see when the old owners got the cruise control added they took the 2 spare switches

maybe if i wired them to the button next to the rear demister and hazard lights

and yes i got rid of the ricey pedals ages ago:P

Also another idea i thought of

would it be possible to move parkers to the the area that my foglights would go and like buy some lights to fit there?
so that i only have a indicator under my headlights

its not alot of work 90% of what i said is done in 5 minutes, i just wrote so much to get throu to you not to break it, cus u wont break both, ul learn, but that one will annoy u later.. trust me

Yeah i know what ur saying

Also another idea i thought of

would it be possible to move parkers to the the area that my foglights would go and like buy some lights to fit there? Cause like i was thinking of wireing the fog lights up as parkers but then i thought that'd be kinda illegal
so that i only have a indicator under my headlights

Move the cruise control switches, behind the left hand button is a plug ready and waiting for a fog light switch.

rix just unglue the cruise control and move it over.

unless you're really lucky you won't find spotties that fit where the parkers go. if you're after cheapies just get some supercheap ones. for hardtop owners, the "Driving Series Mini 101' foglights are a perfect fit and are bright little suckers. only issue is glass + rock =

if you're unsure come round my place one weekend and i'll show you where the relay etc goes, and supercheap is just down the road if you want help sizing some lights up

oh, cool tip: school book clear laminate makes a great invisible spotlight protective coating as long as you don't make little bubbles
