they are both carbon copies of the autoexe style.
Woudent know if the more expensive one has a better fitment ect.. I bought my eyelide from racing raven, didnt have a problem. but grills are very different. also is this the thread u were looking for? http://www.astinagt.com/forums/showthread.php?t=16672

Mad Mat's open mouth grille was from Racing Raven, and was a poorly made product, twisted and what not...
My pick would either be a proper AutoExe (good luck finding one) or a DG Motorsports grille, in either Carbon Fibre or fibreglass. I purchased one for an old member last year and the quality was very good: CF http://www.dgmotorsports.com/dgm_pro...tID=50-61-2036 Fibreglass: http://www.dgmotorsports.com/dgm_pro...tID=50-61-2037

Watch out with using LED's for the indicators as they don't have as much load on the system and it thinks it is blown so blinks 4 times as fast. You can correct this by using a load resistor to mimic the nominal load but then uses as much as a standard bulb so no real benefit.
