Hey marc,
Do the center air con ducts just pop out do they? The blue looks cool (if you make everything else blue too, like your speedo's backlight)... I wanna get a sp20 speedo so I can get the red backlight.

Beetle:
- changed oil - greased door hinges - checked plugs + leads Protege: - changed oil - changed oil filter - checked air filter - installed RS*R EXMAGII exhaust - adjusted silencer - discovered that now that i have added the exhaust, i seem to have added vtec to the car Astina: - discovered i have a slow coolant leak at the oil cooler at the back of the block/filter. Gah!

....true!
Beetle is daily, Protege is the missus', and Astina is relegated to weekends mostly as it doesn't quite warm up in the time it takes me to drive to work.

I broke R/H CV joint, it started clicking 1/2 way through today's motorkhana. So anything over a 1/2 turn of the steering wheel, and it clicks away. But I had fun in the process.

Im not sure as to the normal 323's that dont have climate control/electric air changer, but you just unplug the plugs & it basically falls out, I can have it in & out within 5mins now

Does anyone know the name of the white paint found on a series 3 BA, i need to get some touch up paint to fix up a few spots as they are beginning to rust.

paint wont fix rust, it'll just hide it for 6 months.
the ba astina has zinc plated panels. it'll never get any rust worse than a little surface rust. i've had little rust spots from stone chips for 5 or so year now. |
