This is a EOI!
Anyone keen to share a day with other Mazdas at Roadcraft at Gympie? I normally plan out the days like this. But change it depending on drivers needs or skill levels, (or lack of). 8:15 arrive 8:30 drivers briefing 8:45 dry/wet braking 10:00 slalom/over-steer control 11:15 lunch (cars must stop) 12:00 motorkhana 1 1:00 motorkhana 2 2:00 motorkhana 3 3:00 superloop 3:45 drivers briefing 4:00 exit Cost will be somewhere around $100 (includes BBQ lunch for yourself and passenger). Deposit paid to secure place. Balance paid 4-6 weeks before event. Requirements:- open license roadworthy car good attitude Cheers, Ryan p.s. Roadcraft didn't raise the hire fees this year, so cost wont to up. Last edited by project.r.racing; 19-03-2011 at 07:12 PM. |

How many people will you need to make it feasible?
Also, did you have any thoughts on which month it will be in?

cost is varible on number of drivers. so feasible amount if drivers if varible also. depending on how many you set as maximum in 1st place.
14 drivers = $100 13 drivers = $108 12 drivers = $117 11 drivers = $128 10 drivers = $140 I have previously just run the maxmum allowable people to keep costs down. But if peeps want more time on the pan, then peeps will just need to pay more. |

What about a cruise on sunday arvo cruise out through nebo to wivenhoe for a BBQ then highway it back?
Leave like 3pm get to picnic area about 4:30? Have a BBQ and such plenty of time to chill, have a few drinks, catch up and cruise on home via highway. Linky: http://maps.google.com.au/maps?f=d&s...15921&t=h&z=11

I don't think they have a dyno do they? If so, i totally missed it on the open day. You could always do runs down at East Coast Customs @ Aspley. They use the exhaust mounted o2 sensor on their runs so you can see whats happening with AFRs.

Tell me about it. The only time i've done a run and the graph didn't even have torque on it. Plus it was Rotary Motorsport who are known for having a low reading unit. 141hp atw on my car is bullcrap for a BPT running 12psi.

Also they can only print 2 curves on the graph and from what I understand a lot of dyno operators dont understand how to use the dyno software correctly. |
