Cheers, any idea where some compatible ones are? Is there a certain brand, or should they be adjustable? Can't find much on eBay...

Anyone bought stuff from ProtegeGarage before? Heard good+bad but they have both the swaybars and endlinks.

Cool, I'll organise it next week, don't need another reason to procrastinate this week.... I'll only be after the sway bar and endlinks too, but I'll see what else different sellers have available parts wise

What would be the optimal tyre size for a 17x8.5" wheel, and also with a little bit of stretch?

Depends on the vehicle and it's load rating requirments and original rolling diameter of the tyres.

With stretch? I dare say 215-225/40?
The wall size was off the top of my head and could be wrong

Not sure if you're going for function at all but 205/45 would be my choice for looks, stretched, but not still not a rubberband. Although you do lose a bit of tread width... but look here anyway

The clear coat on my roof is starting to come off in patches and the paint below it is deteriorating.. How much would a respray for the roof be approximately? Are there any alternatives?

My car is metallic blue..

you could i guess bring it in and they remove the clear coat as well as some paint then a new clear coat put on, but it wont look very good. this would be the cheaper option
but it would really need to taken back to primer and re done to make it look look like new again
after its done make sure to wax and protect your paint
