Sounds like we need a dyno day in about 1/2 weeks. Mark me as definite if anything gets organised.

I'm interested in a dyno day if its on a AWD dyno. I wouldn't be bringing the astina though. Something a little more fun..
Also, hey everyone. Its been a while

I can arrange another dyno day but the price is going to be more than last time and we will need about 15-20 cars minimum for it to happen.
Some how I dont see another AGT only QLD dyno day happening again though. |

If a dyno day were open to a couple other mazda forums (OMC, OZM, rx8club etc) you'd get the numbers, but hey not my call...

Just thought I'd share

So the only option looks to be the competition lisence requirement option. Which will hinder numbers greatly. And since a sizable deposit has to be put down to book in a date. I cant see this going ahead anymore. $110 entry + $50/$55 license. Too much for just a regular skidpan day. |

I'm cool with Willowbank Park. Still same deal. Get own public liability insurance and that will require competition license.

Still looking at $130+ each (10 people) including insurance, I dont think that would be viable for some

Just for interest sake. I finally did the math on the Skidpan day. $130 using a 1 day comp license. Or $160 and you get a comp license that lasts 365 days, usable and Lakeside and QR.
Edit// Oops - If you already have a AASA license, then day would be $110. Last edited by project.r.racing; 27-06-2011 at 04:04 PM. |

Looking at using AASA for public liability. Rough costings would be.
$110 if you have a current AASA license $130 if you require a 1 day AASA license $160 if you require a 365 day AASA license - that can also be used at Lakeside and QR. Will need a CTP extension provided also. |

I want to get my AASA 1 year license, so i'm keen for the $160 price unless I get my license before that.

Yeah whenever I pull my finger out and organise it, there would be 3 months notice. So you'd probably have you license before then. Since you've been expressing interest in Lakeside recently.

Well I'm still keen for a skid pan session. So is Alan in his R31 if that was cool too.
