I wish my car had that kit... it looks so good!
paint the door mouldings, handles and mirrors or get rid of them!

haha, I was thinking the same thing
Ed, I'll get around to painting the door handles and the mirrors and I'd most probably remove the door strips eventually - they're the last things on my mind at the moment - I've got plenty more stuff to sort out before I attend to those things

the door mouldings are very helpful... they will keep your doors from getting dinged up at car parks... they're not 100% effective, but they cut down the dents a lot... I know mine have worked very well, if it haven't for them, my doors would be so stuffed
the difference without them and with them are the same as far as looks... if you took them off, there's still a crease in the body right above where the door mouldings go... painted mouldings matches up to that crease very well and isn't very noticeable... it plays a functional part that doesn't detract from the looks of the car if you've seen painted door mouldings on a protege, you will see how much better they look as opposed to your cheapie ugly black ones

Wheels are all primed, ready for paint!
Also this was the condition the kit was in prior to me repairing it... Just the skirts and the rear lip (never ended up getting the front bar from this kit - I already bought one from Dan prior to that)

*1 year, and 2 month update!*
So last Friday I finally picked up my new car, meaning the days of the Mazda are now well and truly over. Its a 1991 Toyota MR2 SW20, Australian delivered with the N/A 3S-GE. It has a few very minor issues, but nothing I can't fix myself. Plans for now are to just drive and enjoy it - save the modifications for later. It does currently have 17x7" rims and TEIN S-Tech springs, but that's about it.

91 didn't come with those indicators and tail lights... I think previous owner swapped them
they look much better with the updated lights IMO

Car has finally sold and I'll definitely miss it - I'll always have a soft spot in my heart for it though!
