Rupe: Couldn't you make a fibreglass mould? If you layer-up enough on the inside it should be thick enough to prevent light from going through, plus the paint would also help.

Just a thought.

make the new ones with a 3rd hole or something. sell em blank and let people work out their own light design that way everyone will still be diffrent

Talking with Dan in person the other night he's applied some body coloured paint to the headlights and tail lights.. Hopefully we'll see some preliminary shots soon.

well, these have kinda stagnated a bit as the paint wasn't a fantastic match, and the light design has been evolving. And i've been working on other things.

but at the moment (lol) it's like this. just imagine the outer ring where the small globes are is reflective red.
