On the SP20, the highest you can aim the foglights gives you about a 20' projection. When you tighten them, they want to angle down too. I never really mucked around with trying to aim the foglights in my BJ bumper, but they generally weren't as useful as the SP20 lights. However, they were still nice for partially filling the gap between the car and the headlights, so you get 0.25s to notice the pot hole you're about to hit.
The foggies on the Pulsar are a similar shape to the BJ foggies, but are much brighter, and give a nice wide spread of light. But still have a very limited range, so I ordered HIDs last night. This Aus seller provides a 2 year warranty, and has left me instant feedback and a partial refund for real price of postage! I'm very impressed so far, and may do a review on the lights when I get them. I'm happy to drum up business for a local company that does the right thing by their customers. Gav. |
