Yeh carbon fibre/fibreglass is naughty..surprised you were able to get a road worthy with it on to be honest.....

just put the standard bonnet on and sell the car with the cf bonnet ... new owner can then decide if he/she wants it back on.

Bonnet has to be removed for RWC - Im going to sell it seperate so I can drop the price of the car.

Due to the contract on the MPS, if a full retail customer comes along and wants that particular car, they get it, cos i'm paying a "little" less than RRP so I need to sell the car ASAP to cover myself from losing the car

Due to the price i'm paying on the MPS, any retail customers that want that particular one (last red one the dealership has and has access to) they get it over me because of the lack of margin in my sale (mates rates haha) so i really need the protege gone sooner rather than later, so feel free to make a serious offer, i can remove stereo items if not wanted and so on

It might be worth offering the interior as a swap + cash with someone, and returning yours to stock. It'll be easier to sell then.

But either way, good luck!

It certainly crossed my mind but there would be wayyyyy too much stuffing around to do it, so i'm definately leaving that in.

yeah i thought about that also, but if i part out the stereo for example and someone comes along who really wanted the stereo then thats a X against the sale already, so i'd prefer a potential buyer to come forward and say "i dont really car for stereos so how much if you took out...." or the like.

i was just thinking you'd sell a standard car a lot quicker than a modified car, and parting out, although potentially taking a lot long will give you more cash in the end. ie if you sold the car with the CF bonnet for $20500, you might have been able to sell it without for $20000, then sell the bonnet separately for $700 (etc)
