Okies, anyway, here is what I've been doing.

WARNING: PHOTO IS HIGHLY DODGY - I haven't actually attached it properly or replaced the lense, im just holding it there. So it looks out of wack.

Use the original lens for now. Wouldn't I need a custom mould or something to use clear? It would be awesome, maybe even just to have indicators clear instead of orange. I think the red breaks it up nicely.

Hmm came out ok imo. Looks hotter in real life though, camera didn't capture it too well. Sorry for the blurryness too! Steady hands obviously not my forte

very nice. i was thinking of doing lenses using clear resin but will need to do a couple of trials first

i was thinking of doing this but with round LEDS or another idea i had floating for a while, but i never got around to it. i was gonna get some clear perspex, hear it up with a gun, and let it settle over the standard lights, so it takes the same surface shape, then trim it to get the shape of the lense, then epoxy and small bead of ultra clear silicon glue...
this looks sexy mate, really really sexy
how did u go bout wiring it?
