Please make that post not public as it is a guide on how to steal your car!!!
If anyone wants it ask you. Its the reason why I never posted the guide. |

After going though this key programming sequence myself and knowing how the immobiliser works on our cars as mine was modified to work with the FS-ZE ECU.
With a little extra work it is possible to reprogram a car with a single key, even with not having an original one. All you need to know is how to get the car into programming mode which is listed above. Its not a full guide, but some one with access to two sets of keys can now easily add a third key to the system. (there are a lot of dishonest people out there that would love to know how to add a third key to their car for when they sell it so they can keep one) |

you can't program the immobiliser with a single key without knowing the immobiliser code

Wouldnt you need to get the key cut first to fit in the barrel to activate the programming sequence??? Keys just dont fit in....Therefore would have to steal your keys to begin with?? Or am i completely off topic
Either way if im going to do it, im sure mazda will program it for me. After all i am there best customer after the issues i had |

yes but the car then needs to go to mazda for programming as they have to get a code to program from 1 key.

that involves either a) stealing the keys b) copying the keys c) making a key off the VIN

it's not a mod... it's standard with the car!
as stated, you need 2 keys to programme the immobiliser module

replaced the hid harness with this one http://www.theretrofitsource.com/pro...ducts_id=14027 as the old one was a relay setup that would'nt allow the high beam light on the dash to work, even with load unit. i also made a new load unit using a relay with a 5w ceramic resistor soldered between terminals 86 and 30 you also bend terminal 30 over then the relay will plug in to a h4 plug.
