Kitty Pr0n???????? I hope everyone remembers I live in a unit now, and not the same big place I lived in before....... I do however have a BBQ on the balcony  I vote to put Andy in charge of Special AstinaGT Rally.... I was thinking of dragging everyone out to Bungendore or something.... easy road, nice bits, coffee/cafe at the stop..... Some nice group shots are definately in order. Parliament house is out because of roadblocks n roadworks up there. Mount Pleasant or Lakefront (the usual place, LOL) always works well. Saturday nite laps in Braddon Bro! fuuuuullly!!! |

haha i like it!!
streets closed pizza boy! find another way home damn street racers on a more serious note, its looking like queanbeyan is the next closest set of hotels, and mandu* (i can't remember everything) the carotel looks to have some places, the formule1 has vacancies on sunday, but saturday is booked out... but its worth noting that the formule1 usually have more phone bookings available, and do normally keep rooms open for people dropping in... but could be fun to risk it!! failing that it looks as though the novotel is open as is olims, both through www.accor.com.au looking at a cost of roughly 271-288 for both nights btw it looks as though olims does include breakfast for 2 ($40 value)

There's also a few places that do standby rates - You may be driving down Northbourne and just see a sign and wing it.... it may get you a $140+ room for only $80....
Theres also "Quality Hotels" chain which are in Belconnen Woden and Dickson. A.

Depending on the day set for the dyno'ing....
We'll do a mild cruise /run for the Saturday arvo/evening.... We'll do something more intense (maybe a Cotter loop/Tinbinbilla run including the Deep Space Tracking station) on the Sunday? If we do a more challenging run then EVERY car will be handed a sheet giving directions and a rough set of guides about road condition. It can be bumpy, it can be slippery, it will KILL you/your car if you go of the edges.... I'm not about to try and lead people on that kind of drive - instead set your own pace and make the meet-up points. If you don't make a point we'll go back looking for you.... However I'm happy to travel it at a 'smart' pace and people can follow This is where I ask what kind of $$ people want to spend on eating during the days? What kind of numbers want to do fussy bugger photo shoots and who just wants to the odd group shot? We may get some multiple things happening at once. A.
