Hope you're not being serious. Dead simple?
You'd hate it up here, round-a-bouts everywhere.

You just have to follow the arrows in the lanes and trust you won't hit something. It's easy to worry when you have two lanes when, for instance, your going straight through in the right lane, and your worried you'll cut someone off in the left as you go through. But it all works. I'm a car detailer and go through a double laned round about 10+ times a shift, you get used to them eventually. Just make sure both lanes are clear as you enter, as well. Saves a potential conundrum.

Um I'm a little confused, there are plenty of double lane roundabouts in VIC, probably more in QLD though maybe.

They changed the line marks to make it a bit clearer, but they have been around for a long time, and both are in the learners manuals for about the last 12 yrs, so everyone should well and truly know about them. Although most VIC drivers still give way to the right on the roundabouts which is annoying.

The problem ones are were there is only one lane out....there's been on in Toowoomba since the early 90s and always crashes when Ma and Pa come to town. Generally, the outer lane is for going left or straight ahead, the inner for right turns. If you are going to cut someone off exiting though, (for eg if they are in the outer lane going straight ahead beside you) you just have to go around again.

Not a "driving" complaint... But after the heatwave we've had for the last couple of weeks in SA (Up to 45+), getting into my car after its been in the sun for 8 hours is pure agony. I can't touch the steering wheel and my metallic gearknob literally burns me. I swear, today it even SMELT hot. Think I'm just going to start the car and leave the aircon on for 5 mins while I stand in the shade at work.

I am soft! And it burnnnnnssss!

I used my jumper to change gears today, but a sock does sound somewhat more practical.

Sounds like something you learn in a Personal Education class

I'd go out and get one of thems windscreen foil covers that you can just put on the inside of ur windscreen to take the direct sun on black surfaces heat out of the equation.

I don't have one though, but i usually have a spare jacket so i just chuck it over the steering and the left sleeve over the gearknob.

those are annoying to put up and take down constantly.

We are increddible off topic.

This morning i had a bus try and run me off road. We were side by side and he decided he needed to be in my lane. I ended up with one set of wheels cruising on the median strip,

You can rest assured i let him know i was not happy.

i hate when a new house is being built and they cut a strip of the road out, fill it with dirt and leave it.

what happens 4 hours later is the dirt pisses of soemwhere and there is a massive hole in the road you really cant avoid.

nope a 17"x7" one i've had for a couple of months. look at my readers ride. front passenger wheel literally got bounced out of the pothole and off the road. went flat pretty fast, lucky all the damage was on the inside out of sight so it still looks ok just needs to be rerolled

Note to self: Don't adjust seat whilst braking.

Inertia wins that little skirmish convincingly.

Or whilst going up hill, see you later foot pedals, who needs to brake or accelerate anyway.
