Appreciate your continued help. Really feel it can't be wrong as 1 millimeter either side of it's current location creates bad results. It's amazingly touchy. I figured it would be all the way one way, all the way the other or in the middle. But it is ridiculous. As I said 1mm either direction and the car surges.
Having said that, based on my history so far, I may just drop into Mazda and get it checked. I could do with out any future issues!!! |

if you trust your local dealer, go for it... otherwise just follow the instructions of checking the TPS adjustment in the shop manual
