bah ul b right marc
swine flu is weaker as a flu than standard one anyway, it just makes a good new story
i am happy to report that the work i did on tuesday (changing of tappet cover seal and insulation plate within the dizzy) has solved most of the probs i had. my engine is only leaking a little bit around the sump now and the rev issue that i had (as well as many other here) has been fixed by changing of this plate that goes between the rotor button and the rest of teh dizzy car picks up so smoothly now and revs so much faster and harder than before (the plate was cracked and therefore arcing out.. you can see the butn marks haha) so yeah today i checked for oil leaks and there is none around the top part of the engine.
further more the engine is not leaking internaly as i previusly thought, as the plugs are not oily or sutty, i beleive that the crap on the exhaust is either due to a bad O2 sensor or improper tuning or cus the dizzy was arcing and therefore the petrol wasnt being burned properly or a combination of the mentioned. im going in for a tuneup 2moro morning, then i will get new plugs and leads and O2 sensor if this one is stuffed

Not yet, im not in a rush for it, as i still have to think about making up a new sub box... seeing the current one wont fit underneath the brace when installed

I found my leak! its the rear left door the seal above the door is broken and there is a small hole which allows water to splash into my boot

headunit looks cool man!

anyone else hate the way the cd players sit in the BJ's? the little bit at the bottom that you can see just below the headunit... you can see in the pic above. mine has it too, and no matter how you position the headunit it is allways seen.
