An exhaust is pretty much useless without good headers. They are certainly worth having

I would say that there would be a power difference but whether it is noticable will depend on other mods - intake, exhaust etc.
Exhaust volume will increase as you will be removing the primary cat.
Yes, slight weight reduction - doubt you will notice that though.

I have an interested party in the US after these. I suggest you some fast research and decide as I can only probably stall for a day or two
